Maintenance Technician, Apartment Community

What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work
• repair structures, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors
• prepare units for move-ins
• maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems
• provide 24-hour emergency maintenance
• complete preventive maintenance
• perform grounds pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
• coordinate special projects as directed.
