Automotive Service Manager

The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
• oversee the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
• manage scheduling and workflow
• build and review repair estimates
• communicate repair recommendations
• monitor sales, productivity, and other performance indicators
• address customer concerns
• recruit, train, and retain team members
• maintain quality and customer-service standards
• identify improvements to systems and efficiency.

Why this role

Five or more years of automotive service management or related leadership experience is sought. ASE certifications and independent repair-shop experience are preferred but not required. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
