What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex neonates
• care for infants receiving therapeutic cooling
• manage patients requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support
• monitor invasive lines and administer ordered medications and infusions
• respond to deterioration and emergencies
• participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
• assess and document patient condition
• collaborate with the NICU team
• educate and support families.
