Center Coordinator – Adult Learning

The Center Coordinator – Adult Learning role is in person at the Middlebury Learning Center in Addison County, VT; occasional remote work may be available. Pay is $25 per hour. Vermont Adult Learning provides adult education, literacy, English language, high school completion, and college and career transition services. The coordinator supports continuity of center programs and services by coordinating operations, enrollment, assessments, outreach, and student records. The role serves as an initial contact for learners and connects them with appropriate programs, advisors, and community services.

What you'll do

• Coordinate center operations with the Regional Director
• assist with staff training and supplies
• support partner relationships and data reporting
• explain programs and guide students through enrollment and onboarding
• assess readiness and learning needs
• refer students to agencies
• support outreach and recruitment
• maintain accurate student records and files
• respond to inquiries about programs.
