What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, recipes, and portion standards
• ensure meals are safe, timely, and served at proper temperatures
• accommodate special diets, allergies, and texture modifications
• assist with plating, garnishing, and serving during peak periods
• provide courteous service to residents and guests
• clean and maintain kitchen, preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• follow cleaning schedules and infection-control standards.
