What you'll do

• Manage daily service department operations and paperwork flow
• close repair orders within two days of repair completion
• conduct daily coordination meetings and review repair status with technicians
• promote customer service
• ensure trained and certified technicians for represented OEMs
• maintain technician proficiency standards
• maintain a clean shop and lead safety efforts
• assist with warranty receivables and customer credit policies
• visit customers
• follow applicable safety and hazardous-waste regulations.
