What you'll do

• Lead group water fitness classes
• develop progressive exercise plans for participants
• record and maintain attendance in the Mindbody application
• act as primary responder in the event of injury, accident, or illness in the pool area and report injuries
• plan and implement programs in accordance with the apartment community’s goals and policies
• coordinate culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate activities
• enforce aquatic rules and policies and follow adult pool guidelines.
