Operations Supervisor — Production and Refurbishment

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise daily production operations
• monitor schedules and communicate delays
• ensure refurbished products meet quality standards
• coach and develop team members
• allocate labor, equipment, and materials
• monitor performance metrics
• support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• ensure safety and SOP compliance
• improve productivity and quality
• resolve operational, inventory, and customer service issues
• maintain work order, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
