Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

The role also supports medication administration, infection prevention, safety, and resident transitions.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care
• oversee CNAs and licensed nurses as directed
• coordinate assessments and individualized care plans
• support physician rounds and referrals
• monitor acute and chronic conditions
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• document care
• support admissions, discharges, and activities of daily living
• participate in quality, infection-control, and safety committees
• provide staff orientation and training as requested.
