Senior Field Data Technician - New Mexico

Job overview

Compensation is $4–$5 per year. The Senior Field Data Technician is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN, supporting Osmose Utilities Services' national electric and telecommunications infrastructure projects. This position exists to collect detailed technical information about utility facilities by hiking between poles to capture data for engineering and fiber-optic projects. The technician manages crew operations, ensures safety compliance, and maintains equipment to support high-quality project delivery in an outdoor environment.

What you'll do

• Collect field data including attachment heights and span distances
• supervise crews of up to ten employees
• manage project resources and safety briefings
• operate utility vehicles and digital equipment
• submit accurate project documentation.
