The Steward – Ajax Downtown role is onsite in Denver, CO, with regular full-time work and pay of $20–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Clean and stack dishes
• store dishes and silverware in designated locations
• set up and operate the dishwashing area
• maintain clean and sanitary kitchen work areas and equipment
• assist with food delivery storage
• clean kitchen walls, floors, loading docks, and related areas
• disassemble, clean, and reassemble the dishwasher
• post caution signs for wet floors
• assist with food preparation according to chef specifications
• follow daily preparation lists
• report problems with food, equipment, or work areas.
