It contributes to resident engagement by coordinating access to activities, documenting attendance and responses, and communicating observed changes or concerns to the Activities Director.

What you'll do

• Assist the Memory Care Manager with the monthly activity calendar
• interview residents or family members about activity preferences
• help residents reach activity locations
• assist with scheduled and in-room activities
• document attendance and activity progress notes
• observe mood, behavior, and involvement and report changes or concerns
• coordinate offsite trips and transportation when needed
• coordinate activity needs with other departments.
