What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support throughout the instructional day
• implement the student’s Behavior Intervention Plan and IEP accommodations
• support participation in Montessori lessons and transitions
• use proactive and certified de-escalation strategies
• collect behavioral data
• collaborate with teachers, case managers, counselors, service providers, and family as directed
• maintain confidentiality.
