The Brand Market Specialist — Beauty Retail role is an onsite, part-time seasonal position in Lubbock, TX, with a fluctuating schedule of 0–20 hours per month. Pay is $26–$30 per hour. The role represents assigned brands in retail stores, building brand awareness and supporting sales through product demonstrations, staff education, merchandising, and relationships with store teams. It also gathers feedback through survey responses and aims to leave a positive impression after each visit.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
