What you'll do

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during procedures.
• Maintains awareness of patient comfort and safety.
• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician.
• Responds to life-saving situations.
• Documents nursing history and physical assessment.
• Initiates patient education plans.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Adheres to hospital safety protocols.
