What you'll do

• Follow tissue laboratory protocols
• perform lab setup, tissue receipt and preparation, equipment setup, and lab closure
• operate equipment safely
• learn and support tissue testing methods
• perform tissue measurements, gluing, and holding
• record test data according to Good Documentation Practices
• complete equipment and fixture verification checks
• prepare workspaces for testing
• assist with data sheets and test reports
• cross-train in mechanical and materials laboratories
• maintain organized workspaces and follow safety procedures.
