What you'll do

• Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments
• teach activities of daily living, including cooking, budgeting, and medication management, and socialization skills
• implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• advocate for residents and model healthy coping strategies
• maintain a safe, clean home environment
• complete timely documentation
• work at least 16 hours per month and one assigned major holiday annually
• complete required training within the first 60 days.
