What you'll do

• Coordinate restaurant planning, organizing, training, and leadership with the store manager
• hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members
• oversee staffing, onboarding, performance plans, and hiring or separation decisions
• monitor budgets, sales, labor and food costs, cash, property, product, and equipment
• maintain operational, facility, safety, and risk-management standards
• communicate across the organization.
