The Overnight Patient Access Specialist works onsite in Berea, KY, for $17–$22 per hour, DOE. What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
• schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• register patients and maintain demographic information
• verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
• collect payments and explain financial responsibilities
• obtain consent and privacy documents
• coordinate with providers, nurses, and insurers
• follow HIPAA and organizational policies
• use electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
