What you'll do

• Guide customers through jewelry purchases
• manage sales leads by email, live chat, and phone
• greet and assist showroom customers
• support post-sale pickups, exchanges, and resizing
• confirm appointments
• review customer feedback
• maintain showroom security
• open or close the showroom
• use the ERP system and represent the company’s mission.
