Workforce Partnership Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and integrate division staff
• guide strengths-based supervision, case management, and service delivery
• plan and deliver occupational skills training for out-of-school youth
• oversee employment services staff
• review records and reports for contract and program compliance
• manage staffing and recruitment
• conduct weekly supervision
• coordinate program, employer, member-agency, and community-partner meetings
• provide rotating emergency coverage for Employment Specialists and Case Managers as needed.
