Corrective Technician – Local Class A/B CDL Driver

The Corrective Technician role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, with full-time work and pay of $22–$26 per hour. Dragonfly Pond Works specializes in environmental services and stormwater management, maintaining and repairing stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. The technician transports equipment and resources, operates equipment, and performs field maintenance and repairs on ponds, lakes, and stormwater control measures. The work supports safe, productive sites through erosion repair, planting, mowing, invasive species removal, grading, and stabilization.

What you'll do

• Transport equipment and resources on company trucks and trailers
• safely operate and maintain equipment such as slope mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, mini-excavators, and skid steers
• perform manual labor and use hand tools
• maintain and repair ponds, lakes, and stormwater control measures
• complete turf establishment, mowing, planting, invasive plant treatment or removal, excavation, grading, erosion repairs, tree removal, and site stabilization
• participate in safety meetings and follow safety guidelines.
