What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees

• manage customer interactions, feedback, and service issues
• build local community relationships and brand awareness
• train staff on tunnel safety
• oversee payment transactions, cash handling, audits, and deposits
• resolve customer concerns
• travel regularly throughout NJ, NY, and PA as required.
