Supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors; ensure center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture; provide direct patient care; manage and mentor Medical Directors; oversee talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors; cultivate physician culture aligned with ChenMed core model; assist Clinical COE with new practitioner training; participate in recruiting and in
