What you'll do

• Lead inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality-control operations across two facilities
• optimize workflows and performance metrics
• identify operational bottlenecks
• plan labor and peak-period capacity
• recruit, coach, and develop warehouse staff
• schedule and assign employees
• maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliation
• plan layouts and equipment maintenance
• ensure warehousing, shipping, and OSHA compliance
• manage operating costs and implement corrective actions.
