What you'll do

• Enter and code vendor invoices
• route invoices for approval and follow up
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• code company credit-card transactions
• monitor due dates and issue checks or ACH payments
• communicate with vendors and internal teams
• maintain vendor records and supporting documentation
• follow payment controls and banking verification procedures
• assist with month-end reconciliation and year-end 1099 preparation
• and support other accounting tasks as needed.

Why this role

At least two years of accounts payable or related accounting experience is preferred. Construction accounting and Sage 300 CRE experience are preferred. An associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may also be considered.
