What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• assess patients promptly
• gather patient history, presenting complaint, vital signs, and examination findings
• conduct diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• discuss diagnoses, options, and estimates with customers
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and prevention education where appropriate.
