• Manage railroad and transit engineering projects
• develop scopes, fees, staffing plans, budgets, schedules, and project objectives
• lead multidisciplinary teams
• oversee safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, and environmental compliance
• manage client relationships and contracts
• coordinate regulatory agencies
• review project risks
• mentor staff
• manage contract administration and closeout.
