Resort Housekeeper

The Resort Housekeeper role is onsite in Iron Mountain, MI. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort is a year-round destination for skiing, golf, and outdoor recreation. The housekeeper prepares guest rooms and shared spaces to the resort’s standards, helping ensure guest satisfaction during stays. The role includes room cleaning, laundry, restocking, reporting maintenance or damage, and responding to general guest questions.

What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, public restrooms, and lobby areas
• make beds, strip sheets, stock toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, and mop
• record rooms cleaned
• report lost and found items, damage, or needed repairs
• answer general guest questions
• arrange rooms to hotel standards before guests arrive.
