What you'll do

• Conduct prospect outreach and follow-up

• maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• support marketing and community outreach events
• collaborate with program leadership, care management, and underwriting
• explain eligibility and assist with application and underwriting processes
• maintain referral relationships.
