Assistant Director of Program Evaluation

What you'll do

• Lead and improve evaluation frameworks
• manage and mentor associates and analysts
• oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
• collaborate with leaders and stakeholders on evaluation plans and indicators
• develop dashboards and reports
• standardize evaluation processes
• train teams in evaluation and data literacy
• and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
