General Manager

This role runs day-to-day operations by coordinating crews, schedules, estimates, customer visits, and job financials. It also supports hiring and onboarding technicians and building relationships that help grow the service territory.

What you'll do

• Respond to homeowners and property managers
• arrange and conduct site visits
• prepare estimates and quotes
• schedule crews and ensure they have needed resources
• check work in progress and completed jobs
• recruit and onboard technicians, painters, and subcontractors
• develop community referral relationships
• review job financial performance.
