Brand Manager – Licensing

Brand Manager – Licensing is a hybrid role in Redondo Beach, CA; compensation is $80,000–$100,000 plus target bonus. Marquee Brands owns and manages a portfolio of global consumer brands, and this role supports the growth of Body Glove and Dakine. The manager oversees business and licensee activities, supports go-to-market strategies, and coordinates product development, marketing, legal, and retail work. The role helps grow brand performance while maintaining partner, product, and contract processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales and forecasts
• support global go-to-market strategies
• track retailer and marketplace performance
• manage licensee relationships and business reviews
• conduct market research and prepare presentations
• coordinate with marketing, PR, creative, legal, and business development
• maintain product calendars and approvals
• manage trademark proof of use and contract trackers
• support royalty reporting and records.
