Mold Setup Technician

What you'll do

• Change molds according to the production schedule and follow complete tool-change instructions
• change end-of-arm tooling
• confirm the process or mold is functioning correctly
• report abnormalities
• confirm part quality
• assist with color changes
• troubleshoot part abnormalities
• complete small repairs to tools and end-of-arm tooling
• set up machines and support equipment such as chillers, hot runners, and loading systems
• perform other duties as directed by a supervisor.
