The Member Services Associate role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $15–$19 per hour. As a primary contact at the Welcome Desks, the associate provides information and assistance and helps create a welcoming, efficient experience. The role supports facility access, member engagement, and daily operations by answering questions, handling calls, and helping members use JCC services and applications.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and provide customer service
• follow facility access procedures and opening and closing checklists
• answer and transfer calls
• maintain knowledge of programs, promotions, events, and facilities
• communicate updates to members
• assist with JCC account and My J App use
• learn agency applications and workflows
• keep the welcome desk area clean and organized
• follow member service standards and agency policies.
