CNC Operator / CNC Machinist — 3rd Shift, Weekend Days

The CNC Operator / CNC Machinist role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, on a Friday–Sunday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pay is $21–$27 per hour, DOE. The role supports production of blind fasteners and aerospace components. The operator independently sets up and runs CNC equipment, verifies parts against engineering specifications, and troubleshoots machining issues to help maintain production quality and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC lathes, mills, and chucker equipment
• adjust tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• operate and troubleshoot automatic-load systems
• read blueprints, GD&T, programs, and setup sheets
• verify parameters and perform dry runs
• inspect parts with precision tools
• and record setup, SPC, and production information.
