What you'll do

• Run biweekly payroll, audit timecards and adjustments, and maintain wage-and-hour compliance
• administer benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, open enrollment, and COBRA processes
• maintain confidential HRIS records
• prepare HR correspondence
• support recruiting and applicant tracking
• coordinate onboarding and background checks
• track appraisals, disciplinary documentation, certifications, and training
• support audits and regulatory reporting
• assist the HR Manager with projects.
