The Strategic Operations Planner SME — TS/SCI role is onsite at Government-secured facilities in the Crystal City / Arlington, VA area. Salary is $180,000 per year. URSA Mobile supports the Department of War with cleared subject-matter experts; this position supports a newly awarded Cleared SME Support contract in the National Capital Region. The planner provides expert support to classified operations by developing strategic guidance, long-range plans, and courses of action aligned with U.S. Army, Joint, and interagency objectives. The work integrates stakeholders and operational requirements and equips senior Government leaders with planning products and decision support.

What you'll do

• Develop, review, and refine classified strategic guidance, long-range plans, operational concepts, and program-level planning products
• apply MDMP, JPP, and APEX
• integrate Army, Joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational input
• conduct scenario planning, threat modeling, red-team analysis, and COA development
• prepare executive briefings, assessments, and decision papers
• assist with OPORDs and FRAGOs
• synchronize planning with intelligence, logistics, communications, and resource requirements
• advise on emerging technologies.
