What you'll do

• Lead a team of approximately 20 operators
• manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance reviews
• coordinate start- and end-of-shift activities
• work with planning teams on operator readiness, weekly goals, and availability
• respond to operator and onsite incidents under established procedures
• review plan-versus-actual performance
• lead continuous improvement projects and share practices across locations.
