What you'll do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care
• document care
• report deviations or concerns to the case manager
• use durable medical equipment safely
• take vital signs when included in the plan
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion when documented
• participate in team activities and quality improvement.
