The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with compensation of $100,000–$120,000 per year. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Midwest Pain Clinics provides an outpatient environment where clinical leadership can affect operations and patient care. The role oversees day-to-day clinical operations and supports staffing, training, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. It helps ensure the clinical team has the resources and guidance needed to provide safe, efficient, high-quality care.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff
• manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources
• coordinate orientation, training, competency assessments, and performance reviews
• address patient and employee concerns and participate in root-cause analysis
• lead QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
• complete clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting
• maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other standards
• oversee infection control, radiation safety, and life safety programs
• coordinate safety meetings, drills, and staff education.
