What you'll do

• Manage packaging design and optimization projects
• oversee package development and validation
• lead primary, secondary, and transport packaging development
• manage project plans and resources
• collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and vendors
• investigate packaging technologies
• lead plant trials and commissioning runs
• conduct root-cause analysis and document corrective actions
• maintain packaging specifications and project records
• travel to domestic and international plant and vendor locations.
