What you'll do

• Maintain a participant caseload and provide technical, academic, social, personal, and career development counseling
• assess students
• support continued education and training
• connect students with community services
• document counseling sessions
• conduct required reviews
• help students set goals and address career-readiness challenges
• co-facilitate social-skills and employability sessions
• participate in orientation and career management decisions
• serve as Counselor on Duty on a rotating weekend basis.

Why this role
