What you'll do

• Direct inventory and production-floor personnel
• coordinate operational priorities with management, equipment repairs, staffing, and time off
• approve supervisors’ timesheets and conduct performance reviews
• document workplace injuries and communicate with Safety, HR, and management
• ensure quality-control and ISO processes are followed
• administer operational supply and tool budgets
• manage workplace accommodations, assets, vendors, facility maintenance, and process improvements.
