The role helps ensure materials are accurately received, tracked, staged, and delivered to jobsites on time. It contributes to project readiness by coordinating shipments, documenting discrepancies, communicating with project teams, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily and weekly material receipts and outbound shipments
• unload and inspect incoming materials against bills of lading and packing lists
• report variances and reject or return damaged materials using approved procedures
• track material status
• update superintendents, project managers, and leadership
• coordinate staging, labeling, storage, and fabrication readiness
• build loads with warehouse teams for timely jobsite delivery
• support inventory tracking and process improvements
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
