Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is described as hybrid remote, based in Hayward, CA, with required travel of 25%. Compensation is $87–$95 per hour. ABA SHINE provides behavior analytic services to individuals across the lifespan through a range of programs and service models. The BCBA develops individualized interventions and supports clients’ skill development, reduced challenging behaviors, and independence. The role includes assessments, parent coaching, supervision and mentorship, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, progress monitoring, and documentation across assigned programs and populations.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• provide one-to-one parent coaching
• model individualized ABA implementation
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• develop behavior support plans
• train and supervise caregivers
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• maintain documentation
• depending on assigned caseload, provide early intervention, support individuals in home and community settings, supervise Behavior Respite programs, and mentor BTs, RBTs, and mid-level supervisors.
