What you'll do

• Lead and mentor business analysts and QA testers
• translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• facilitate discovery workshops and process mapping
• partner with solution and technical architects
• define declarative configuration strategies
• drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness
• work with product owners to prioritize
• validate designs through walkthroughs, prototypes, demos, and user acceptance testing coordination
• support change management, training materials, and adoption
• ensure compliance with Section 508, FedRAMP, and security requirements.
