What you'll do

• Plan Professional Services resources based on skills, project duration, and availability
• coordinate with sales, marketing, and services
• support scheduling and setup of U.S. EPLAN training
• manage operational hours and milestones and drive invoicing
• process department purchase orders, travel requests as necessary, invoices, and international resource requests
• plan demonstrations and marketing events as required
• recommend process improvements.
