What you'll do

• Assist the Registered Dietitian with nutrition screenings, assessments, and resident follow-up
• monitor food and fluid intake and weight changes and report concerns
• document nutrition information in the electronic medical record
• maintain diet orders, preferences, allergies, and diet rosters
• conduct meal rounds
• provide basic nutrition education under the Registered Dietitian's direction
• coordinate with nursing, dietary staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• assist with care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
