Operations Manager — Furniture Delivery

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with the overall direction and coordination of the local business unit
• lead safe work practices and lean management of transportation and delivery
• work with the team to ensure accountability for inbound and outbound logistics
• assist with day-to-day operations
• set growth goals and policies
• manage budgets and expenses
• support employee development, recruitment, training, and assessment
• evaluate operational and financial performance
• prepare reports
• ensure health and safety compliance
• address operational and personnel issues.
